Do you block free-mail providers like Gmail or Yahoo?

No. Any email is accepted at sign-up. Free-mail users are not rate-limited or down-tiered.

Are there monthly spend caps?

Not in v1. The account model reserves a nullable cap field for future tier enforcement, but it is not consulted anywhere in the order flow today.

When is KYC required?

Only when a compliance flag is raised on an order or account. Routine sign-up never requires documents.

How long does verification take?

Email verification is instant. Compliance reviews, if ever triggered, are completed within 5 business days.
