Return Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, Pretty Peptide Collective may not accept returns once products have shipped, unless required by law or approved by us in writing.

All products are intended strictly for laboratory research use only. Once a product has left our controlled storage environment, we cannot verify proper handling, storage conditions, or integrity, which limits our ability to accept returns.

Refunds or replacements may be considered at our sole discretion for the following issues:

• Incorrect items shipped. If you receive a product different from what was ordered, we will review and correct the issue when verified.
• Damaged products. Items damaged during shipping must be reported promptly upon delivery with supporting documentation.
• Order fulfillment errors. If there is a verified error on our part, such as missing items or incorrect quantity, we will work to resolve it.
• Other issues approved at our sole discretion.

To request review of an order issue, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following:

• Order number and order date.
• Description of the issue.
• Photographs of the product, packaging, and label.
• Any relevant documentation, such as tracking information or delivery confirmation.

Products that have been opened, stored improperly, altered, used, transferred, or tampered with may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

We do not provide refunds for customer error, change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or dissatisfaction with research outcomes.

Order cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has been processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Pretty Peptide Collective reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected misuse, payment issues, shipping restrictions, legal or regulatory concerns, or product availability.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, we may issue a refund to the original payment method when appropriate.

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The timing of the refund appearing in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
